About the project

The Italy&Co restaurant chain approached LAVA with a request to promote 3 restaurants: BRUXX, ITALY, and HITCH.
Each restaurant has its signature style, prepares unique dishes, and has its atmosphere and message.


ITALY — every season the restaurant introduces a new concept and updates the feed. The project’s ideology is homely simplicity wrapped in an attractive package. The general line is high-quality service, friendly staff, and the flagship product — pizza and pasta. Therefore, the Instagram account had to reflect all the restaurants and broadcast their values.

Situation
Concept 1 of the story used:
  • soft and light shades;
  • natural light;
  • macro photos of food and products that conveyed their quality and genuineness;
  • photos of the team and guests, which created a friendly atmosphere;
  • video format.
Solution

We started implementing the concept after approving it. We selected photographers to get the desired result and conducted a photo shoot at several restaurants on one shooting day.

The result pleased us and the client: an airy feed with the smiles of the staff, juicy food, and beautiful details of the restaurant.

The goal was to make it not only “tasty” but also enjoyable for subscribers to follow the restaurants’ accounts on social networks.


We incorporated into the content plan such columns that could not only convey the atmosphere of the restaurants but also engage the subscribers.

In the content plan for ITALY, we introduced the headings “Italian Playlists”, “Italian Stories” and “Traditions of Italy”.

For the audience to recognize the restaurants from the texts, we developed small “tricks” for each post establishment.

In the posts for ITALY, we had words in Italian.

Thanks to this little twist, the atmosphere of the restaurants has made them distinctive from their competitors.
